"Sometimes, the key to political change isn’t designing a logo or poster. It’s simply having the courage to show up and make your voice heard, no matter what the cause —and no matter what the risk."

Well, I give in..

Because of his relentless homestuck posts as well as sucessful cosplay at Phoenix ComiCon, I will begin reading Homestuck. It looks like its cool, the fandom rocks, and seems very friendly!

Thank you, Justin!

Hope to be caught up soon.

I don’t swear to be cool, I do it to express myself. I don’t know who you are but I can rest assure you that I have always been like this. I used to only swear privately, because I had fear of repercussions such as punishment. I’ve seen beyond that now. There’s a reason to swear, or “swear” words wouldn’t exist. You wanna know what a “swear word” is? It’s just a word, and it upsets when people take it as some sort of deep sign. It’s just a word to add more emphasis than usual, or to express a sharply intense emotion. It’s not some word that destroys everything good in pure in life. You know what happens when you say “shit” in Lithuania? Nothing! Because it’s just a word, and they don’t speak English so it has no significance in their country. Swearing does no harm unless you take it offensively. In this politically correct society we live in, everything “offensive” is deemed harmful to you. It’s what offends us that drives a lot of discussion. Without offense, there is only defense, and as we all know the best defense is a good offense. Swearing is a part of life. Plus, who are you to judge what I say? Are you any better than me? Get off your high horse because we’re all flawed and you’re no better than me or anyone else. If my swearing bothers you so much get off anonymous and talk to me face to face. Sending some mysterious note has no significance to me and only irritates me and points me to my cause further. The anonymous neighbors who left a note saying I played music too loud are arseholes because they wouldn’t man up to the issue and talk face to face. Eventually, they called the police on us, and I have still not backed down. I stand by my rights and my freedoms that I have in one of the last freedom-oriented countries in the entire universe. I have the right to curse, and I have the right to play my music as loud as I damn well please. Also this blog is called Anthony’s Mind for a reason, and it reflects everything that goes on in my head (a lot of lesbians.) So if my mind offends you leave the website and evaluate yourself before you evaluate me. My favorite Bible verse for self righteous people:

“Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye?4 How can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when all the time there is a plank in your own eye? 5 You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye.” Matthew 7:5

“Swearing is a personal choice. There is an innappropriate time to swear and an appropriate.Appropriate: By yourself, swearing at yourself or in direction of people that deserve it, with others that swear, on the internet in general.” -Mason
